Another well organised appointment by Orpington Eyecare with friendly and engaging staff saw the delivery and fitting of 2 out of 3 glasses recently ordered. The 3rd pair didn’t pass their quality control due to a chip on one of the lenses provided by the manufacturer - so it was sent back for replacement which I am due to receive in the next week or so. This is how customer service should be 🙂👍

Was given a very quick appointment, no months/weeks waiting. On arrival all Covid safe, hand sanitizers available, and I was wearing a mask as requested. Was seen on time, and consultation was very thorough and professional. My condition was explained to me in language I could understand, and referral for further investigation and treatment was made. Very happy with the whole experience , which was professional but also friendly and put my mind at ease.

Excellent experience and very customer oriented optician . Both my son and I got new pair of glasses and we received our glasses them very quickly. More importantly Nishit was brilliant , answered all our questions and very thorough, spend more time than usual explaining everything . The best optician and new glasses experience I have ever had. Very professional all the way through the process. Excellent advice regarding choice of frames and lens type resulting in a very great pair of glasses even tho I have a complex prescription. Because of my prescription new glasses can be a bit disappointing but not these, they are superb. Thank you!

Nish provided a full MOT on my eyes and suggested the best eye care for my particular needs. Looking forward to using my new pair of designer glasses!

He saw me as an emergency case during Lockdown and I can't tell you how grateful I am, I could hardly see out of my old glasses! Professional, friendly staff.Sadly, higher prices due to lowering of the value of the £ due to BREXIT. But I can recommend the centre warm heartedly.
