Mr Patel took great care taking me on as a new patient, and his examination was relaxed and efficient. His manner is professional but also friendly.

  Very nice team and dedicated to customer service. Worked hard to put right an issue I had with some new glasses. Cannot recommend their approach highly enough.

  Fantastic optician - Nish and the team provide great wraparound care, and everything from the thorough eye tests to the efficient admin provides excellent service. Particularly recommended if you have small children (who are entitled to free eye tests on the NHS). Nish is very good at putting them at their ease and making the experience relaxing and fun. Highly recommended.

  I must thoroughly recommend this service. The whole experience from booking an appointment, through the eye test, to selecting and finally picking up my new prescription spectacles has been highly professional, courteous and friendly. I have worn spectacles for over 60 years and the eye test was probably the most thorough I have ever had and no time was spared discussing my sight and needs with the optician and dispensing optician. A very professional business. Thank you.

  Very welcoming and professional service. Good experience during my visits. I needed new lenses in my existing frames. First attempt did not work but 2nd set were spot on. Had to wait 4 weeks to get my glasses finally upgraded with new lenses but I was fortunate to have a 2nd pair. Despite this minor set back, I would definitely recommend this optician for their expertise and courtesy. I was a new customer and, for any future visits, I expect that they will know my requirements and provide perfect lenses first time around. No hesitation in returning in the future.

  Well organised, friendly and professional opticians. My first encounter with them was via an emergency appointment. My daughter (aged 8) managed to get some grit in her eyes while walking down the high street and it was quite painful as, understandably she kept rubbing her eyes. After visiting 2 local health care providers who both refused to see her as we didn’t have an appointment, we came across Orpington Eyecare centre and the owner thankfully fitted us in immediately in between patients. Mr Patel is a brilliant practitioner with dedicated, caring staff. We will be using this opticians going forward. This is an independent opticians and the quality of care is evident. I highly recommend.
